This is Kyles Birthday Card. His birthday is wednesday and hes kinda bummed bc it's his first birthday back in the states in 3 years and he has to work and none of his family can come down to celebrate it with us. I hoping to make the day special. I already have the cake and balloons and presents ordered...this is all thats left. Does it look alright?

here is my diaper cake....it's not finished bc i have toys and onesies and stuff to put on it..but the base is done.

i'm sorry i havent updated in a while....making babies is hard work! LOL i got all my scrapbookin stuff out today and i WILL get some stuff posted. I PROMISE.

And I am going to start selling these...i can make them for a boy or girl or nuetral. If anyone is interested please let me know.

Samantha's Sketch Challenge

Here is what I came up with for Samantha's Sketch Challenge. I didnt have the Old Olive Cardstock...so I used Gable Green ink and a cardstock that is close to it. My half circle in the corner is kinda messed up...I had to cut it by hand. The only embellishments I have are pink primas...so i made my own. Hope ya'll like it!

Our Wedding Scrapbook Pages

These are the pages I made for Me and Kyles wedding scrapbook. The paper is from a pack I bought at Walmart. The letters are from an Alpha punch out pack I bought at Hobby Lobby.

I LOVE this picture....my mom had to push my dress up around my head to get my hoop skirt on. lol

My maid of honor, Jodi, had to burn the tag off my veil bc no one has scissors or anything. My mom just about had a heart attack. lol

I am making that face ^ bc they put the comb to my veil in backwards and it hurt really bad.

This is my flower girl, Kaiya. She has to be the cutest thing ever. =D

Kyle hates this picture but I LOVE it. lol I made Kyle cry when I walked down the aisle. He said "You're not making this easy." and had tears rolling down his face. It was the sweetest moment ever. <3

The Book I Made For My Cousin

I made this book for my cousin the other night. Her boyfriend just joined the military and he is basic training and she misses him alot. And since i live 3 states away now, I figured when she looks at this...she can think of both of us. =)

This is the cover. The stamp in the right hand corner is a retired SU set called Olive You. It has to be my favorite. I LOVE it!

I got this together forever stamp with my last SU order. I jsut stuck a little prima flower and a brad on the end. I thought it was cute =)

The Invites for our Reception in August.

I have been a busy busy bee the last couple weeks!! I have started our wedding scrapbook, made a book for my cousin and started on the invites for Kyle and I reception my family is throwing for us in August.

I am SUPER proud of my invites. I found the retired Backyard BBQ set from SU on ebay a few weeks ago and I just had to have it!! I used Brilliant Blue and Real Red Cardstock and I stamped the images in Basic Black ink. I colored the grill in with my new Stampin Pastels and a blender pen. I am SOO glad I decided to use these!!! They turned out SOO good!! The ribbon on both sides of the card is just some red, white, and blue ribbon I found at walmart in the clearance bin. lol

Kyles Grandpas Get Well Card

Ok this is my first blog. this isnt the first card I've made...Plus i'm new at this. So don't laugh. I'm learning. lol

I used tempting turquoise paper cut to 4 1/4 x 5 1/2. I stamped the top part of the card with the Versamark stamp pad. The stamp is from the Polka Dots and Paisley (retired) set.

The bottom is stamped in Brilliant Blue Ink with the small circle stamp from the Enjoy Every Moment Stamp set.

The ribbon in the middle is just some turquoise ribbon i picked up at Wal-Mart. lol The paper in the middle is Brilliant Blue cut to 2 3/4 x 2 3/4 and Whisper White cut to 2 1/2 x 2 1/2.

The Stamp in the middle is from the Fun and Fast Notes stamp set. I stamped it with Basic Black Ink and colored it with just some regular colored pencils.

If any one has any comments....feel free to critique me. Any advice you can give me would be greatly appreciated.

Kyle's Mom's Mothers Day Card

This card is BY FAR my FAVORITE!! I am SUPER proud of myself, again. lol =D

The base of this card is Regal Rose 4 1/4'' x 11'' folded in half to make a 4 1/4'' x 5 1/2'' card.

The top is Sweet Always DSP cut to 3'' x 4''. The bottom of the card is Pink Pirouette CS cut to 4'' x 5 1/4''

The ribbon is Regal Rose 5/8'' grosgrain ribbon cut into 2 pieces. One 5'' and the other 4 1/2''.

After i glued the Sweet Always DSP and the Pink Pirouette CS to the front of the card, I glued the ribbon 5'' ribbon on the seam where the 2 papers come together.

The Cupcake image is from the Crazy for Cupcakes stamp set. I stamped it in Close to Cocoa Ink and colored the image with regular colored pencils. Then I put just a tiny dot of glue on the top of each cupcake and sprinkled it with the Pink Fine Supernova Glitter.

The ribbon on the side is the 4 1/2'' piece of Regal Rose. I tied it in a knot and placed a tiny dot of glue on the underside then placed it next to the cupcake image. (see picture)

My Sister's Birthday Card

Ok so i just sat down and made 2 cards. I am SUPER proud of myself. =D I got my SU starter kit the other day and I decided to use my new stamps.

This is the card I made for my sisters birthday. I LOVE it!!

The base of the card is Chocolate Chip 4 1/4'' x 11'' folded in half to make a 4 1/4'' x 5 1/2'' card.

The top and bottom part of the card is Sweet Always DSP 3'' x 4''. They are all cute so it doesnt matter which ones you use.

The ribbon is Chocolate Chip double stitched grosgrain cut to 5''. Once i glued the Sweet Always DSP to the base I glued the Chocolate Chip ribbon to the top and tucked the edges underneath the sweet always DSP.

The middle pieces of paper are Chocolate Chip cut to 2 3/4'' x 3 3/4'' and Whisper White cut to 2 1/2'' x 3 1/2'' The Cupcake stamp and the Happy Birthday to You stamp is from the Crazy for Cupcakes stamp set. I stamped them in Close to Cocoa Ink and colored the cupcake with regular colored pencils.

i used a ticket punch to punch out the top corners of the Whisper White CS and placed 2 crystal brads right above the punches on the Chocolate Chip CS. Then I glued the Whisper White to the Chocolate Chip and then glued those to the front of the card - right in the middle.

On the inside is Pink Pirouette cut to 4'' x 5 1/4''.

The ink is kinda smeared on the outside....my neice drooled on it. lol
